ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. ONLINE UNIVERSITY APPLICATION:

TO FILL PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM FOR FY DEGREE COURSES

• The University of Mumbai has made it mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to the first-year courses in the Degree Colleges to fill in the “Pre–Admission Online Registration Form” available on e Samarth portal https://muugadmission.samarth.edu.in/
• The details filled by the student in this form will appear in all his/her certificate, marksheets, hall tickets, enrollment form. Therefore utmost care should be taken while filling Pre enrollment form. The details filled by the students must be correct, authentic and precise.
• Following are few guidelines for the same:
• Name: your name should exactly match with your XIIth. marksheet. In case of Maharashtra Board, the name appears as surname, own name, father’s name, mother’s name and in case of CBSE- own name, father’s name, surname (It should match exactly with XII th. marksheet)
• Photo and Sign: The photo and sign should be legible & clear. It must be according to size specified by university. (refer to – mum.digitaluniversity.ac.in )
• Subject: The subject selection should be as per the availability of subject in the college. Make sure you select the subject/papers which is taught in the college.
• DOB/Gender: Make sure you select personal details such as gender/DOB/Medium of instruction/ Disability (if any) properly
• Name in Devnagari / Marathi: The name in devnagari script/ Marathi script should be as you desire/write in all your testimonials in devnagari script.

FILL COLLEGE REGISTRATION FORM FOR FY DEGREE COURSES

• Students are advised to verify the admission forms before submission to avoid any sort of mistakes Once the form is submitted by the students, the college will verify the student’s information and approve their admission ‘through a merit list displayed on the website after which only the students can make the payment of fee online.
• Before, filling up of admission form, The First Year Students should have Pre-Enrolment Application Number (mention on top right hand side of Pre-Enrolment form filled at www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac.in). Further, the candidate is requested to keep scan copies of various documents such as address proof, Date of Birth Proof, Marksheet ready.

List of Documents required for First year Degree Program

1. Original H.S.C Marksheet along with its three attested photocopies.
2. Original H.S.C Leaving Certificate along with its three attested photocopies.
3. One photocopy of S.S.C Marksheet and Leaving Certificate.
4. Three recent passport size photographs with white background.
5. Three Photocopy of Aadhar Card of student and one photocopy of Aadhar card pf Parent.
6. Students belonging to boards other then Maharashtra State Board must apply for Provisional eligibility.
7. Printed copy of Mumbai University Pre Enrollment Form.
8. Photo copy of ABC ID (https://www.digilocker.gov.in).
